Wee Peas

Class Duration: 30 minutes

Ages 6 - 12 Months

In this 30-minute parent-participation class, babies explore colorful mats, stacking toys, and sensory activities that spark motor, cognitive, and social development. 1 year olds

Class Duration: 30 minutes

Ages 1-2


Educational Gymnastics for 1-year-olds is the perfect introduction to movement and play! This 30-minute parent-participation class  uses fun equipment and activities to build safe-play techniques and foundational gymnastics skills. Join us for an engaging experience that helps your little one grow and explore!

These skills include but are not limited to:

  • Crawling/Climbing up and down stairs
  • Waiting turn in line to go across trampoline w/ parent or guardian
  • Bonding opportunities
  • Climbing over objects + landing on feet

Parent and me Toddler Gymnastics Classes

2 Year Olds

Class Duration: 30 minute

Ages 2-3

Educational Gymnastics for 2-year-olds is a fun-filled adventure designed for curious toddlers! This 30-minute parent-participation class  starts with trampoline fun, ends with bubbles, and builds essential social and motor  skills along the way. Guided by a coach, your child will explore class structure and thrive in an engaging, supportive environment!

These skills are included but not limited to:

  • Structured jumps across trampoline engaging in skills such as forward, backward, sideways, and straddle jumps!
  • Waiting w/ parent or guardian in line until coach prompts athlete to climb onto trampoline to engage in skills.
  • Completes obstacle with fundamental gymnastic skills such as climbing over mats, walking across beams, hanging on parallel bars, and climbing across ladders.

3 Year Olds

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Ages 3-4


Preschool Gymnastics for ages 3-4 is the perfect introduction to independence and fun! In this 45-minute coach-led class, young gymnasts explore fundamental gymnastics skills while developing social skills in a group setting. Watch your little athlete thrive as they learn, grow, and build confidence alongside their peers!

These skills are included but not limited to:

  • Following direction of their Coach, waiting turn in line, and engaging safely with equipment.

Beginner Gymnastics for ages 4/5 is an exciting 60-minute class where young athletes explore gymnastics fundamentals. Through warm-ups, stretches, drills, and stations, kids build strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe and structured environment. Designed for independent learners, this program is the perfect start to their gymnastics journey!

These skills are included but not limited to:

  • Floor Skills- Straight jumps, straddle jumps, bear crawls, broad jumps, donkey kicks, teeter totters, handstands, cartwheels, etc.
  • Bar skills- Forward hip circle, pull-ups, tucks on rings, etc.
  • Beam skills- Forward, backward, sideways, etc.
  • TumblTrak (trampoline) skills- Forward, backward, sideways, straddle, tuck, seat drops, forward rolls, dive rolls, etc.

Level 1 Gymnastics

Class Duration: 60 minute class

Ages 6 - 12


Recreational Gymnastics for ages 6-12 is a dynamic 60-minute class where athletes develop skills on the floor, bars, beam, and mats. Through engaging stations and drills, participants build the fundamentals needed to progress to our Level 2 program. It’s the perfect blend of challenge, fun, and skill-building!

These skills include but are not limited to:

  • Floor Skills: Rebounds, straddles, tucks, handstands. cartwheels, round-offs, forward rolls, leaps, etc.
  • Beam Skills
  • Bar Skills: Forward hip circles, kick overs, pull-ups, shrugging, etc.
  • TumblTrak (trampoline): Rebounds, forward rolls, dive rolls, cartwheels, straddle jumps, tuck jumps, etc.

Advanced Gymnastics and Tumbling Classes in Upland

Level 2 Gymnastics (Intermediate)

Class Duration: 60 minute class

Ages 6 - 12

Level 2 Recreational Gymnastics for ages 6-12 is a 60-minute class designed for athletes progressing from Level 1 with a coach’s recommendation. This advanced program focuses on higher-level skills, enhanced warm-ups, targeted stretching, and strength-building conditioning. It’s the next step for gymnasts ready to take their abilities to new heights!

These skills include but are not limited to:

  • Floor Skills: handstand walks (forwards + backwards), handstand blocks, sashays, handstand rolls, handstand bridges, bridge walks, kick overs, cartwheel take aways etc.
  • Stretching: Hold middle/side splits for one minute long, bridge ups, dolphins etc.
  • Skills: Front handsprings, front walkovers, back walkovers, walkover snap downs, aerial drills, front tucks, back handspring drills etc.

Advanced Tumbling and Gymnastics classes in Upland,. CA

Level 3 Gymnastics (Advanced)

Class Duration: 90 minute class

Ages 7 - 14

Recreational Gymnastics for ages 7-14 focuses on advancing higher-level skills, building on Level 2 fundamentals. This 90-minute class is by recommendation only and designed for athletes who have mastered most or all Level 2 skills across all events. Level 3 introduces new warm-ups, stretches, skills, and TumblTrack techniques to elevate gymnastic performance.

These skills include but are not limited to:

  • Floor skills: back handsprings, front handspring combos, round-off back handspring, front tucks, aerials etc.
  • TumblTrak (trampoline) Skills: fly-spring, front-handsprings, front tucks, front pikes, front-handspring tucks, layouts, etc.
  • Plyometrics: This combines warm-ups and conditioning workouts as an entire segment of the program to develop. Skill here include- panel mat pushes, footwork using panel mats, vaulting warm-ups, handstand snap down, back-walkover snap downs using inclined equipment, etc.
