Our programs are designed to challenge, inspire, and empower young minds and bodies through a fun and energetic classes. Our coaches will guide your child on a journey of physical and mental development, building strength, coordination, and confidence along the way.
*The monthly price is modified accordingly when a month contains five weeks.
Mini Ninja
This class is designed for children ages 4-6. They will learn basic movements, balance, coordination, and discipline through fun and engaging activities. Mini Ninjas must be able to participate independently.
Volleyball Skills
Athletes will learn fundamental volleyball skills and gameplay basics. Through Skill-focused drills, players will improve hand-eye coordination, speed, agility, and Interpersonal social skills.
Kids Basketball Skills
In this 45-minute class, young athletes will work to learn the fundamentals of basketball. Our expert coaches will teach dribbling, shooting, passing, and teamwork, all while fostering a love for the game.
Level 1 Gymnastics
Beginner Gymnastics Classes. Recreational Gymnastics for ages 6-12. Classes are 60 minutes.
Level 2 Gymnastics (Intermediate)
Recreational Gymnastics for ages 6-12. Classes are 60 minutes.
Level 3 Gymnastics (Advanced)
Recreational Gymnastics for ages 8-13. Classes are 60 minutes
Kids Sports
Kids Sports is a 45-minute class tailored for children ages 6-11, offering a diverse range of sports each session, including Basketball, Volleyball, Pickle ball, and Gymnastics. Each session provides a structured opportunity for young athletes to develop skills, explore various sports, and engage in physical activity in a dynamic and enjoyable environment.
